High Impact Strength :

200 times stronger than glass virtually unbreakable when subjected to rough handling, vandalism, heavy storms etc.

Ease of Fixing:

Twin/Triple walled Polycarbonate Sheeting is an ideal DIY product. It is protected with an easily removable plastic film, to avoid scratching and dirt during fixing. It cuts easily without cracking, drills well without shattering and is very lightweight to handle, during installation. It can be fixed with screws without breaking, can be easily cleaned and is virtually indestructible.

High Fire Rating:

Soden’s Sheets have been tested to British Standard 476 part 7, and have achieved a CLASS 1 SPREAD OF FLAME rating. This is particularly important if planning permission is required.

Excellent Light Transmission:

It has approximately 90% of light transmission of glass and because of its twin/triple wall chambers, it has the added advantage of partially diffusing the light to provide privacy whilst obscuring the supporting framework.

Valuable Energy Saving:

Because of its multi-walled construction, which creates airspaces in the twin and triple wall chambers. When compared with glass thickness of 4mm can produce savings of 40% to 50% in heating bills.
